· Can I return products I am not fully satisfied with?
To ensure your hassle-free shopping, we provide you the
option to return products in a convenient and transparent manner.
To be eligible for returns, the products must be in unused and resalable condition with price tag intact. You can place a request for returns within 15 days of receiving your product through our Customer Care.
· Can I modify my order after placing it?
We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the ordered size or colour option of a product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately.
· Can I change my existing order?
Yes! But you must do it before shipping is confirmed. If the item has been shipped, you will have to treat this as a return. (please follow our return policy)
· How do I get my payment back?
We ensure that the refund process in case of cancellation of orders will start within 4 hours of your intimation to our Customer Care. However, it might take a week for the amount to get credited in your account depending on the time taken by your bank. Please feel free to call our customer service team in case of any further clarifications.
· How does reverse shipping work ?
In case you want to replace or return your item, please pack the item in original packing along with invoice and ship it back to us from a courier service from your end. In case of replacement, when the item is found unused and in good condition we will send you back the new item at our own shipping cost.
